SAMPLE SUBMISSION FORMS

Include a printed copy of the IRMS or LGR sample submission form with your samples. You must also submit a digital copy of the form to isotopes@uky.edu and aaron.shultis@uky.edu. Work cannot begin on your samples until these documents are received.
